WHAT IS AMPLIFI NAPA VALLEY?
  Amplifi Napa Valley is a 501(c)3 nonprofit fund founded in 2022 under the name Napa Valley Presents. We deliver strategic investments that amplify Napa County as a hub for inspiring and innovative cultural experiences through live performance. 

  We envision Napa County being globally recognized as a launchpad for artistic genius and cultivating talent that captures the spirit of diverse audiences. Whether with hobbyists or world-renowned talent, Napa Valley is a place to connect with like-minded visionaries and unlock your own creative superpowers. It is a place where diverse perspectives are celebrated, and everyone is given an opportunity to explore their potential. 

Our Guiding Principles in designing our programs and making decisions about our investments are: Creativity, Opportunity, Inclusion, and Collaboration. Our current strategic focus is to Cultivate and Amplify Local Emerging Talent. In 2025, we will be investing $262,500 through individual and organizational grants and sponsorships to support these strategic initiatives.  

WHAT IS THE AMPLIFI INDIVIDUAL ARTIST GRANT?
  Amplifi Napa Valley funds three grant opportunities: the “Creativos” Emerging Artist Grant, the “Iluminadores” Grant for Organizations, and the Micro-grant for Individuals and Organizations. Through the distribution of these grants, Amplifi Napa Valley empowers and invests in live performing artists who rehearse, perform, and create in Napa County, equipping them with the tools to cultivate a self-sustaining, culturally connected, fulfilling, and healthy arts community.  

  The Individual Artist Grants are open to individual artists who demonstrate passion and commitment as an active performer or creator in any genre of music, theater, dance, comedy, or spoken word. Grants may be used for any purpose to further the artist’s professional goals, with the goal of taking grantees to their "next level" as artists. Specific activities may include, but are not limited to: course tuition, coaching, training, marketing, business planning, supplies, rehearsal and performance space, paying other artists, or paying themselves a salary.  

The Individual Artist Grant is a $10,000 grant awarded to five (5) adult performing artists in Napa County spanning artistic disciplines, whose work is inspiring, innovative, artistically excellent, and impactful to their community.

  All grant awardees will be considered a part of our 2026 Grantee Cohort program. As a part of this selected cohort, grantees will receive personalized, substantial “wrap around” support from the staff and support team at Amplifi Napa Valley, in addition to the grant funds. This includes workshops, performance opportunities, mentorship access, professional coaching, and support in resource identification, budget creation, producing, and more. Additionally, grantees will gain access to a network of past and current grantees and will attend three (3) cohort events throughout the grant period to connect them to each other, the Amplifi Napa Valley staff and community, and other local artists.  

  Amplifi Napa Valley is committed to equitable, inclusive, and accessible application processes. For this grant, the term “individual performing artist” is intended to be as expansive and inclusive of as many disciplines as possible, including music, theater, all forms of dance (including classical from a variety of cultures, modern, teaching, and more), storytelling, film, performance poetry, hip hop, street/public performance, and more to foster a more inclusive and vibrant arts landscape. Individual artists of all races, ethnicities, cultural backgrounds, abilities, and gender identities are strongly encouraged to apply.   All Amplifi Napa Valley Grants are made possible with funding from donor-restricted Amplifi funds including the Belle & Barney Rhodes Fund, as well as corporate and foundation donations.

WHO IS ENCOURAGED TO APPLY?
  Individual performing artists, as described below, are encouraged to apply.  
 

• You are a live performing artist who creates, presents, and/or produces one or more of our live performing arts disciplines: music, theater (including musical theater), dance, spoken word (including live poetry, stand up comedy, improv, etc.), film
• You have an artistic connection to Napa County. This means that you have or are in the process of launching or expanding an artistic practice in Napa County, and you either live, work, attend school, perform / present, or create here. **Residing in Napa County is not a requirement of this grant program.** 
• You pursue your art professionally, or you intend to pursue your art professionally. You treat your artistic practice as more than a hobby and are actively building (or planning to build) a career around your work. Whether you are already earning income from your art or are in an early stage of building a professional path, this grant is intended to support artists who want to develop a lasting impact in the performing arts. 
• You are willing to participate in Amplifi program curriculum and collaborate with artists, arts organizations, and arts supporters / sponsors / patrons in Napa and beyond (Note: This may include participating in Amplifi media features and sponsorship acknowledgements) 
• You are 18 years of age or older at the time of application submission. 

  While all individual performing artists are encouraged to apply regardless of race, color, ethnicity, national origin, sex, gender identity, religious creed, age, and any other protected basis, we strongly encourage applications from artists who are from or connected to the following communities:
 

• Latino/x/é,  
• LGBTQ+, 
• From the broader Napa County community, including American Canyon and UpValley, and/or 
• Representing historically marginalized communities 

PLEASE NOTE: This grant program award may be considered taxable income. Each grant recipient will receive an IRS Form W-2 for grant payments received in tax year 2025. We encourage applicants to consult with a qualified tax advisor for further information. GRANTEE RESPONSIBILITIES
As a grantmaker, Amplifi is dedicated to building strong relationships and empowering artists not just with funding, but with community, opportunity, and growth. We view our grantees as partners and ambassadors of Amplifi and Napa County’s arts scene, modelling the values and guiding principles that our organization and community represents. Thus, we value a commitment to collaboration, creativity, opportunity, and inclusive engagement with the broader Napa arts ecosystem.
  As part of our program, grantees will be expected to actively participate in cohort activities and partner engagements designed to support their artistic development and elevate their careers. These events are intentionally crafted to help artists reach their next level. Participation includes (but is not limited to):
Amplifi Events:
 

• Cohort Kickoff: A visioning session to meet your fellow grantees and develop your plan for using the grant funds 
• Workshop(s) and Masterclass(es): Skill-building sessions tailored to the needs of the cohort, focusing on artistic and professional development 
• Amplifi Stage(s): Curated performance opportunities to share your work and gain experience and exposure 

Amplifi Engagement:
 

• Active collaboration with fellow grantees and cohort partners 
• Ongoing communication with Amplifi staff to explore partnerships, resources, and performance opportunities 

  To receive the full grant award, individual artist grantees must also complete the following:
 

• Contract & Media Release: Required to initiate the grant 
• Onboarding Survey: Captures your starting point and key background information 
• Mid-Cycle Review #1: A 30-minute call one-third through the grant period 
• Mid-Cycle Review #2: A 30-minute call two-thirds through the grant period 
• Final Report: A reflection on your journey, impact, key learnings, and feedback for the Amplifi team 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  Applications will be evaluated by a diverse panel of arts and culture workers. Panelists will review and evaluate all application materials based on the following three criteria:
 

1. Inspired creativity: We’re looking for artists with a strong creative voice and a compelling artistic message. What is the heart behind your work? How does your vision push boundaries, spark thought, or bring something as-of-yet untold to the stage? 
2. Artistic excellence: Show us the depth of your craft. We’re looking for technical skill and commitment to your craft – including the content, context, and application of your art. This criterion will be evaluated through viewing your work sample(s). What are you trying to do, and are you successful? 
3. Alignment with Amplifi’s vision: We believe Napa County can be a launchpad for artistic genius, and we're looking for artists whose work will engage and resonate with audiences within and beyond our local community. Will you help us carry a spirit of creativity, opportunity, inclusion, and collaboration forward as an ambassador who “amplifies” the Napa County community? 

  The panel will also consider how each application contributes to building a cohesive 2026 cohort that is: 

• Balanced across artistic disciplines & genres: The cohort will represent a wide and diverse range of fields of live performance (including but not limited to music, dance, theater, spoken word, and film), including genres within these disciplines. Our aim is to foster interdisciplinary collaboration and learning within cohorts. 
• Reflective of the diversity of Napa County: The cohort will represent the full range of backgrounds, identities, cultures, and perspectives that make Napa County vibrant, with particular attention to supporting artists from historically underrepresented and marginalized communities

GRANT AWARD NOTICE, PAYMENTS, FINAL REPORT
  Grantees will receive an electronic award packet which will include a “Napa Valley Presents” (DBA “Amplifi Napa Valley”)  Grant Program agreement (contract) that must be completed, signed, and returned within 2 weeks in order to receive the grant.  

Grantees will receive $5,000 of their award distributed within 10 business days of contract and award packet completion, $2,500 of their award upon successful mid-cycle review #1, and the final $2,500 of their award upon successful mid-cycle review #2. **We understand that fund disbursement may impact disability-related and other social supports. Amplifi Napa Valley will work with the grantee's unique financial situation to determine the best option and is able to collaborate on a payment schedule that meets the needs of the grantee.

  Grantees will also need to prepare and submit a short final report at the end of the grant period. The report will ask about the impact and use of the funds. More details will be provided in the grant agreement.
 

Grant funding may NOT be used for: Funding or any portion thereof, may not be used for lobbying, political campaigns, voting efforts, or in a manner inconsistent with Amplifi Napa Valley’s charitable purpose under IRS Section 501(c)(3). Further details will be provided in the grant agreement.

The Grant for Organizations is a $5,000 - 30,000 unrestricted grant awarded to non-profit organizations serving local performers or producing live arts and cultural performances featuring local talent in Napa County.

For this grant, applications are welcomed from organizations representing or producing artistic work from  as many disciplines as possible, including music, theater, all forms of dance (classical from a variety of cultures, modern, teaching, and more), storytelling, film, performance poetry, hip hop, street/public performance, and more to foster a more inclusive and vibrant arts landscape. All Amplifi Napa Valley Grants are made possible with funding from donor-restricted Amplifi funds including the Belle & Barney Rhodes Fund, as well as corporate and foundation donations. 

WHO IS ENCOURAGED TO APPLY? 

All arts and culture organizations, as described below, are encouraged to apply.  

• You are a 501c3 organization 
• You are financially sound, with a demonstrated history of successfully funding and delivering high-quality artistic programming 
• You are artistically connected to Napa County, with significant demonstrated investment in Napa County arts (may include regularly produced programming in Napa County, investment in Napa County artists, or more) 
• You are local artist-centered, with a majority of programming directly serving or showcasing local artists 
• You are committed to equitable pay for professional artistic work, and you include equitable compensation for artists and producers in your budget 
• You are willing to participate in Amplifi program curriculum and collaborate with artists, arts organizations, and arts supporters / sponsors / patrons in Napa and beyond (Note: This may include participating in Amplifi media features and sponsorship acknowledgements) 
• PLEASE NOTE: Amplifi reserves the right to This grant program award may be considered taxable income. Each grantee organization will receive an IRS-1099 Form for grant payments received in tax year 2025. We encourage applicants to consult with a qualified tax advisor for further information. WHO WILL NOT QUALIFY FOR THIS GRANT OPPORTUNITY? 
Those who have a conflict of interest (family or financial relationships) with the boards, staff, and directors of Amplifi Napa Valley, and organizations operating under a 501c3, LLC, LP, or any other legal formation should not apply to this grant.

GRANTEE RESPONSIBILITIES
As a grantmaker, Amplifi is dedicated to building strong relationships and empowering artists not just with funding, but with community, opportunity, and growth. We view our grantees as partners and ambassadors of Amplifi and Napa Valley's arts scene, modelling the values and guiding principles that our organization and community represents. Thus, we value a commitment to collaboration, creativity, opportunity, and inclusive engagement with the broader Napa arts ecosystem.
As part of our program, grantee organizations are expected to actively participate in cohort activities and partner engagements designed to support organizational development and collaboration. These events are intentionally crafted to help increase creative, inclusive collaboration across Napa County and beyond. Participation includes (but is not limited to): 

Amplifi Events: 

• Grantee & Partner Networking Event(s): Event(s) Amplifi hosts to bring together Napa's artistic ecosystem, including grantees, educational partners, venue partners, event producers, city government, and arts supporters 
• Organization Workshop(s): Skill-building sessions tailored to the needs of the organization cohort, focusing on artistic and professional development 

Amplifi Engagement: 

• Active collaboration with fellow grantees and cohort partners 
• Ongoing communication with Amplifi staff to explore additional partnerships and resources 

To receive the full grant award, organization grantees must also complete the following: 

• Contract & Media Release: Required to initiate the grantt
• Onboarding Survey: Captures key background information 
• Mid-Cycle Review #1: A brief progress call one-third through the grant period 
• Mid-Cycle Review #2: A brief progress call two-thirds through the grant period 
• Final Report: A reflection on the supported project(s), impact, key learnings, and feedback for the Amplifi team 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Applications will be evaluated by a diverse panel of arts and culture workers. Panelists will review and evaluate all application materials based on the following three criteria. The Amplifi Napa Valley Grant for Organizations supports arts and culture organizations that provide and value inspiring, innovative, and artistically rigorous programs and presentations, using methods that are collaborative, inclusive, sustainable, equitable, and professional.

Panelists will review and evaluate all application materials based on the following:

1. Artistic Vision & Excellence: We’re looking for organizations that have demonstrated bold, high-quality programming reflecting a strong creative vision. How does your work push artistic boundaries, spark new ideas, or bring untold stories to life? Show us your commitment to rigor, education, and the development of technically and conceptually strong work. 
2. Support for Local Artists: We seek organizations that actively nurture the artistic and professional development of the artists they work with. How do you identify your artists’ needs, and how does your programming help them grow creatively, learn industry knowledge, gain visibility, or advance in their careers? 
3. Alignment with Amplifi’s Vision: Amplifi believes Napa County can be a launchpad for artistic brilliance. We’re looking for organizations that are rooted in and responsive to the local community, while also reaching beyond it. How does your work reflect the spirit of creativity, opportunity, inclusion, and collaboration? How do you serve as an ambassador for Napa County’s artistic ecosystem? 

The panel will also consider how each organization contributes to building a cohesive 2026 cohort that is:

• Balanced across artistic disciplines: The cohort will represent a wide range of fields of live performance (including but not limited to music, dance, theater, spoken word, and film) to foster interdisciplinary collaboration and learning within the cohort 
• Reflective of the diversity of Napa County: The cohort will represent the full range of backgrounds, identities, cultures, and perspectives that make Napa County vibrant, with particular attention to supporting artists from historically underrepresented and marginalized communities 

HOW TO APPLY

• You may save a draft of your application but must officially submit it no later than the deadline on July 16 at 11:59 am PT.   

GRANT AWARD NOTICE, PAYMENTS, FINAL REPORT
Grantee organizations will receive an electronic award packet which will include a Amplifi Napa Valley Grant for Organizations Program agreement (contract) that must be completed, signed, and returned within 2 weeks in order to receive the grant. 

Payment schedule: 

If the grant is $10,000 or less, the grantee organization will receive: 

• 50% of their award distributed within 10 business days of contract completion 
• 25% of their award upon successful mid-cycle review #1 (allowing 10 business days for processing) 
• 25% of their award upon successful mid-cycle review #2 (allowing 10 business days for processing) 

If the grant is over $10,000, the grantee organization will receive: 

• 33% or $5,000 of their grant award distributed within 10 business days of contract completion (whichever is greater) 
• 33% or half of the remaining sum 
• 33% or the remaining sum of the funds upon successful mid-cycle review #2 (allowing 10 business days for processing) 

Grantees will also need to prepare and submit a short final report at the end of the grant period. The report will ask about the impact and use of the funds. More details will be provided in the grant agreement.

Grant funding may NOT be used for: Funding or any portion thereof, may not be used for lobbying, political campaigns, voting efforts, or in a manner inconsistent with Amplifi Napa Valley’s charitable purpose under IRS Section 501(c)(3). Further details will be provided in the grant agreement.

En el año 2025, invertiremos $262,500 a través de subvenciones y patrocinios para personas individuales y organizaciones para apoyar estas iniciativas estratégicas.

¿QUÉ ES LA BECA AMPLIFI PARA ARTISTAS ORGANIZACIONES?

Amplifi Napa Valley financia tres oportunidades de subvención: el fondo para artistas emergentes “Creativos”, el fondo “Iluminadores” para Organizaciones, y la micro-subvención para artistas individuales y organizaciones. Amplifi Napa Valley se dedica a servir a artistas escénicos o a producir espectáculos artísticos y culturales en vivo en el Valle de Napa. Compromiso con Amplifi:

• Colaboración activa con otros beneficiarios y socios de cohorte

LO QUE ESTAMOS BUSCANDO

Muéstranos su compromiso con el rigor, la formación y el desarrollo de obras sólidas tanto técnica como conceptualmente.
2. Apoyo a los artistas locales: Buscamos organizaciones que impulsen activamente el desarrollo artístico y profesional de los artistas con los que trabajan. ¿Cómo identifican las necesidades de sus artistas y cómo su programación les ayuda a crecer creativamente, adquirir conocimientos de la industria, ganar visibilidad o progresar en sus carreras?
3. Alineación con la visión de Amplifi: Amplifi cree que el Condado de Napa puede ser una plataforma para el desarrollo artístico. Buscamos organizaciones arraigadas en la comunidad local y que respondan a sus necesidades, pero que también tengan un impacto más allá de ella. ¿Cómo refleja su trabajo el espíritu de creatividad, oportunidad, inclusión y colaboración? ¿Cómo es que su organización sirve la función de  embajador del ecosistema artístico del Condado de Napa?

El panel también considerará cómo cada organización contribuye a construir una cohorte 2026 cohesionada que sea:

• Equilibrado entre disciplinas artísticas: La cohorte representará una amplia gama de campos de actuación en vivo (incluidos, entre otros, música, danza, teatro, poesía de declamación y cine) para fomentar la colaboración y el aprendizaje interdisciplinarios dentro de la cohorte.
• Reflejo de la diversidad del condado de Napa: La cohorte representará la gama completa de orígenes, identidades, culturas y perspectivas que hacen que el condado de Napa sea vibrante, con especial atención en apoyar a los artistas de comunidades históricamente subrepresentadas y marginadas.

AVISO DE CONCESIÓN DE SUBVENCIÓN, PAGOS, INFORME FINAL

Las organizaciones beneficiarias r recibirán un paquete electrónico de premio que incluirá un acuerdo (contrato) por parte de “Napa Valley Presenta” (DBA “Amplifi Napa Valley”) del Programa de Subvenciones que debe completarse, firmarse y devolverse dentro de las 2 semanas para recibir la subvención.

Calendario de pagos:

Si la subvención es $10,000 o menos, la organización beneficiaria recibirá:

• 50% de la subvención distribuido dentro de los 10 días hábiles siguientes a la finalización del contrato
• 25% de la subvención tras la revisión de mitad de ciclo n.° 1 (permitiendo 10 días hábiles para el procesamiento)
• 25% de la subvención tras la revisión de mitad de ciclo n.º 2 (permitiendo 10 días hábiles para su procesamiento)

Si la subvención es más de $10,000, la organización beneficiaria recibirá:

• 33% o $5,000 de la subvención distribuida dentro de los 10 días hábiles posteriores a la finalización del contrato (lo que sea mayor)
• 33% o la mitad de la suma restante
• 33% o la suma restante de los fondos tras la revisión exitosa de mitad de ciclo n.° 2 (permitiendo 10 días hábiles para el procesamiento)

Los beneficiarios también deberán preparar y presentar un breve informe final al término del período de la subvención. El informe incluirá información sobre el impacto y el uso de los fondos. Se proporcionarán más detalles en el acuerdo de subvención.

Prohibiciones con el uso de la subvención: 

Los fondos, o cualquier parte de ellos, no podrán utilizarse para actividades de cabildeo, campañas políticas, campañas electorales ni de ninguna manera incompatible con el propósito benéfico de Amplifi Napa Valley, según la Sección 501(c)(3) del IRS. Las actividades específicas pueden incluir, entre otras: matrícula escolar, acompañamiento, capacitación, publicidad, planificación empresarial, materiales, espacio de ensayo y actuación, remuneración a otros artistas o remuneración propia.

La subvención para artistas individuales es una subvención de $10,000 otorgada a cinco (5) artistas individuales de artes escénicas en el condado de Napa que abarcan disciplinas artísticas, cuyo trabajo es inspirador, innovador, artísticamente excelente e impactante para su comunidad.

Todas las personas beneficiarias de las becas formarán parte de nuestro programa de Cohorte de Personas Becarias del 2026. Como parte de esta cohorte seleccionada, recibirán apoyo integral y personalizado del personal y el equipo de apoyo de Amplifi Napa Valley, además de los fondos de la beca. Además, tendrán acceso a una red de personas becarias anteriores y actuales y asistirán a tres (3) eventos de la cohorte durante el período de la beca para conectarlos entre sí, con el personal y la comunidad de Amplifi Napa Valley, y con otras personas artistas locales.

Amplifi Napa Valley se compromete a ofrecer procesos de solicitud equitativos, inclusivos y accesibles. Para esta beca, el término "artista individual de artes escénicas" pretende ser lo más amplio e inclusivo posible, abarcando la mayor cantidad de disciplinas posibles, como música, teatro, danza en todas sus formas (incluida la clásica de diversas culturas, la moderna, la didáctica y más), narración, cine, poesía performativa, hip hop, artes escénicas callejeras/públicas, entre otras, para fomentar un panorama artístico más inclusivo y dinámico. Se anima encarecidamente a artistas individuales de todas las razas, etnias, orígenes culturales, capacidades e identidades de género a que presenten su solicitud. Todas las subvenciones Amplifi Napa Valley son posibles gracias a la financiación de fondos Amplifi restringidos a donantes, incluido el Fondo Belle & Barney Rhodes, así como a donaciones de empresas y fundaciones.
 
¿A QUIÉN SE LE INVITA A PRESENTAR SOLICITUD?

Se anima a presentar su solicitud a artistas individuales, tal como se describe a continuación.

• Eres una persona artista que presenta en vivo que crea, presenta y/o produce una o más de nuestras disciplinas de artes escénicas en vivo: música, teatro (incluido el teatro musical), danza, poesía de declamación (incluida la poesía en vivo, comedia, la improvisación, etc.), y cine artes.
• Tienes una conexión artística con el condado de Napa. Esto significa que tienes o estás en proceso de lanzar o expandir una práctica artística en el condado de Napa, y que vives, trabajas, estudias, actúas/presentas o creas aquí. **Residir en el condado de Napa no es un requisito para este programa de becas.**
• Te dedicas a tu arte profesionalmente o planeas dedicarte profesionalmente a tu arte. Consideras tu práctica artística más que un simple pasatiempo y estás desarrollando (o planeas desarrollar) una carrera en torno a tu trabajo. Tanto si ya generas ingresos con tu arte como si te encuentras en las primeras etapas de tu trayectoria profesional, esta beca está destinada a apoyar a artistas que desean dejar huella en las artes escénicas.
• Tienes disponibilidad para participar en el plan de estudios del programa Amplifi y colaborar con artistas, organizaciones artísticas y partidarios/patrocinadores/mecenas de las artes en Napa y más allá (Nota: Esto puede incluir la participación en funciones de medios de Amplifi y reconocimientos de patrocinio)
• Eres 18 años de edad o más en el momento de presentación de la solicitud.

Se le invita a toda persona artista individual de artes escénicas a entregar una solicitud independientemente de su raza, color, etnia, nacionalidad, sexo, identidad de género, credo religioso, edad y cualquier otra base protegida. También animamos fuertemente la postulación de artistas que sean parte de las siguientes comunidades o estén conectados con ellas:

• Comunidad Latina/x/e o hispanohablante 
• LGBTQ+,
• De la comunidad más amplia del condado de Napa, incluidos American Canyon y UpValley, y/o
• Representando a comunidades históricamente marginadas

TEN EN CUENTA: Esta subvención del programa puede considerarse ingreso sujeto a impuestos. Cada beneficiario de la subvención recibirá un formulario W-2 del IRS por conceder pagos recibidos en el año fiscal 2025. RESPONSABILIDADES DEL CONCESIONARIO

Como otorgante de subvenciones, Amplifi se dedica a construir relaciones sólidas y a empoderar a los artistas no solo con financiamiento, sino también cultivando comunidad, creando oportunidades y fomentando el crecimiento. Consideramos a nuestras personas beneficiarias como socios y embajadores de Amplifi y del panorama artístico del condado de Napa, que representan los valores y principios rectores que nuestra organización y comunidad representan. Por lo tanto, valoramos el compromiso con la colaboración, la creatividad, la oportunidad y la participación inclusiva con el ecosistema artístico más amplio de Napa.

Como parte de nuestro programa, se espera que las personas beneficiarias participen activamente en actividades de cohorte y colaboraciones con socios, diseñadas para apoyar su desarrollo artístico e impulsar sus carreras. Estos eventos están diseñados específicamente para ayudar a los artistas a alcanzar su siguiente nivel. La participación incluye (sin limitarse a):

Eventos Amplifi:

• Inicio de la cohorte: Una sesión de visualización para conocer a sus compañeros beneficiarios y desarrollar su plan para utilizar los fondos de la subvención.
• Taller(es) y clase(s) magistrales Masterclass: Sesiones de desarrollo de habilidades adaptadas a las necesidades de la cohorte, centradas en el desarrollo artístico y profesional.
• Etapa(s) de amplificación: Oportunidades de actuación seleccionadas para compartir su trabajo y ganar experiencia y exposición.

Compromiso con Amplifi:

• Colaboración activa con otras personas beneficiarias y socios de cohorte
• Comunicación continua con el personal de Amplifi para explorar asociaciones, recursos y oportunidades de desempeño.

Para recibir la subvención completa, las personas artistas individuales beneficiarias también deben completar lo siguiente:

• Contrato y comunicado de prensa: Necesario para iniciar la subvención
• Encuesta de incorporación: Captura su punto de partida e información importante más a fondo
• Revisión de mitad de ciclo n.° 1:Una llamada de 30 minutos durante un tercio del período de la subvención
• Revisión de mitad de ciclo n.º 2:Una llamada de 30 minutos durante dos tercios del período de la subvención

Informe final: Una reflexión sobre su trayectoria, impacto, momentos notables de aprendizaje y comentarios para el equipo de Amplifi 

LO QUE ESTAMOS BUSCANDO

Las solicitudes serán evaluadas por un panel diverso de profesionales del arte y la cultura. Los panelistas revisarán y evaluarán todos los documentos de solicitud con base en los siguientes tres criterios:

1. Creatividad inspirada: Buscamos artistas con una voz creativa potente y un mensaje artístico convincente. ¿Cuál es la esencia de tu trabajo? ¿Cómo tu visión trasciende los límites, despierta la reflexión o lleva algo no antes visto a la escena?
2. Excelencia artística: Muéstranos la profundidad de su arte. Buscamos habilidades técnicas y compromiso con su obra, incluyendo el contenido, el contexto y la aplicación de su arte. Este criterio se evaluará mediante la visualización de sus muestras de trabajo. ¿Qué intenta lograr? ¿Tiene éxito?
3. Alineación con la visión de Amplifi:Creemos que el Condado de Napa puede ser una plataforma para el talento artístico, y buscamos artistas cuyo trabajo atraiga y conecte con el público dentro y fuera de nuestra comunidad local. ¿Nos ayudarías a impulsar un espíritu de creatividad, oportunidad, inclusión y colaboración como embajador que "amplifica" la comunidad del Condado de Napa?

El panel también considerará cómo cada aplicación contribuye a la construcción de una cohorte cohesiva de 2026 que sea:

• Equilibrado entre disciplinas y géneros artísticos: La cohorte representará una amplia y diversa gama de campos de la interpretación en vivo (incluyendo, entre otros, música, danza, teatro, poesía de declamación y cine), incluyendo géneros dentro de estas disciplinas. Nuestro objetivo es fomentar la colaboración y el aprendizaje interdisciplinarios dentro de las cohortes.

Reflejo de la diversidad del condado de Napa: La cohorte representará la gama completa de orígenes, identidades, culturas y perspectivas que hacen que el condado de Napa sea vibrante, con especial atención en apoyar a los artistas de comunidades históricamente subrepresentadas y marginadas.

CÓMO APLICAR

La solicitud es lo más simplificada posible, y a la misma vez recopila la información necesaria para su evaluación. Si necesitas ayuda para acceder a más información o requiere una solicitud adaptada a sus necesidades, comuníquese con nosotros para obtener más información.

• Lee atentamente este paquete de solicitud, que incluye todas las preguntas de la solicitud.
• Recibe revisiones y comentarios de su aplicación registrándose en nuestros Talleres virtuales de Oficina Abierta de ayuda para aplicaciones por medio de  Zoom.
• Puedes guardar un borrador de su solicitud, pero debes enviarlo oficialmente a más tardar en la fecha límite: 23 de julio de 2025, a las 6:00 p. m., hora del Pacífico.

AVISO DE CONCESIÓN DE SUBVENCIÓN, PAGOS, INFORME FINAL

Las personas beneficiarias recibirán un paquete electrónico de premio que incluirá un acuerdo (contrato) por parte de “Napa Valley Presenta” (DBA “Amplifi Napa Valley”) del Programa de Subvenciones que debe completarse, firmarse y devolverse dentro de las 2 semanas para recibir la subvención.

Las personas beneficiarias recibirán $5,000 de su premio distribuidos dentro de los 10 días hábiles posteriores a la finalización del contrato, $2,500 de su premio luego de una revisión de mitad de ciclo exitosa #1, y los $2,500 finales de su premio luego de una revisión de mitad de ciclo exitosa #2. **Entendemos que el desembolso de los fondos puede afectar las ayudas sociales y por discapacidad. Amplifi Napa Valley trabajará con la situación financiera particular del beneficiario para determinar la mejor opción y podrá colaborar en un plan de pagos que se ajuste a sus necesidades.

Las personas beneficiarias también deberán preparar y presentar un breve informe final al término del período de la subvención. El informe incluirá información sobre el impacto y el uso de los fondos. Se proporcionarán más detalles en el acuerdo de subvención.

Prohibiciones con el uso de la subvención: 

Los fondos, o cualquier parte de ellos, no podrán utilizarse para actividades de cabildeo, campañas políticas, campañas electorales ni de ninguna manera incompatible con el propósito benéfico de Amplifi Napa Valley, según la Sección 501(c)(3) del IRS.
